Woke up to text messages from my friend Debbie this morning:

• 10.19pm: Just a quick one - I am in hospital, hind waters gone need to be induced which was done an hour ago.
• 0.42am: Update: Waters gushed 30 mins agoi, 1 lot of antibiotics given just now. In so much pain just had pethadine.
• 6.57am: Epidural in and the speedy-up drug. 3cm gone baby should be here early afternoon or before.

Bless - I'm sure she's been pregnant for about a year now...
