Hypocrisy

"Why aren't you watching England matches Dan, that's not very patriotic"
"Why you not flying a St George Cross flag Dan, that's not very patriotic."

Today, 11am, we head out of the house. Long Riding (our street) seems very odd, and it takes a while to figure why. Almost EVERY flag - those in windows, those on the walls, those on the cars - virtually every single one has been taken down.

Surely if these people were all so patriotic, they would leave their flags up?

And I am the one that is supposed to be the unpatriotic one. Go figure.
