Back To The Grind

I'm not entirely sure what happened to the weekend... I mean, I started just after school on Friday, Saturday was spent tidying up and pottering around - as well as being a busy bee on the blog, and Sunday was "Jo Is Sick Today", but all of a sudden, it's Monday morning, I have to leave in 30 minutes, my hair is still wet and I'm still in my dressing gown, Jaysen is still asleep - and needs washing, feeding and dressing - there's no sign of the girls, the dogs are still asleep...

It's cold and damp out there today, but the sky is clear - which probably means a high "Brrrr" factor. I find myself waiting for the next weekend, the next school holiday and whatever other reason there is for not rushing around in the mornings to go out into the cold.

Last night was a late one - at half midnight, Jo announced she was waiting for me to go to bed, while I pointed out I was waiting for her. Oops. Once all the night-time crap was done - animals out, animals in, animals fed, Jo's meds, grab a drink, drink the drink, grab another drink - it was just gone 1am. Then Tam decided then would be a good time to wake up and be a turd. She didn't flake out till gone three, and then at 6.40am I was up and about again.

Pah.
