Poor Santa
I've never made any bones about my Political Correctedness. Or, rather, my lack thereof. I will call a spade a spade, you're not a pensioner, you're a granny, black people are black, kids can play tag, our country our rules, and so on and so forth.
So when I poodled over to Alan in Irelands blog, I found an article that frankly pisses me off. As usual, the world is worrying about insulting or upsetting the people. And instead of just carrying on with life, they change things in order to accommodate for the perceived threat of upsetting someone.
No 'ho' for Sydney's SantasI mean, seriously, get a grip world. I'm fairly sure that any woman who thinks the jolly fat red dude saying "Ho ho ho!" is calling her thrice a hooker.

Santas in Australia's largest city have been told not to use Father Christmas's traditional 'ho, ho, ho' greeting because it may be offensive to women.
Sydney's Santa Clauses have instead been instructed to say 'ha, ha, ha'.
One disgruntled Santa told the Daily Telegraph newspaper that a recruitment firm warned him not to use 'ho, ho, ho' because it could frighten children and was too close to 'ho', a US slang term for prostitute.
He's Santa Claus you... er... idiots.

How stupid! Any woman who thinks that Santa is calling her a "ho" probably is one. Everyone else realizes that Santa has ALWAYS said "ho! ho! ho!" and he's not Santa without it.
What is wrong with this picture? Someone thinks that something might offend someone so they get rid of it? Well, how about all of us who ARE offended by making Santa say "hahaha!" Huh? What about us?
