Tagged - Christmassy Goodness!

Even though I tend to do tags when I am hit with them, every now and then I steal tags from other people. This time around, it's not only seasonal, but stolen from the very lovely Luna. Remember, she's an adult blogger, so bear that in mind when you clickity click that linkity link :D

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?
Helloooo: man... Gift Bags!
Actually, I am the worlds most anally retentive wrapped, which is why I also opt for bags.

2. Real tree or artificial?
Artificial, mainly because of the mess real ones make (regardless of your cunning methods!)

3. When do you put up the tree?
Sometimes the first of December, sometimes after Jaysens birthday (today, the 11th)

4. When do you take the tree down?
Usually pissed off with the decorations and tree by Xmas Day, so the 26th/27th December!

5. Do you like eggnog?
I'm fairly sure I've never actually had it!

6. Favorite gift received as a child?
Anything construction-based, especially the electronic lab toys I used to get!

7. Do you have a nativity scene?
Can you honestly picture me, king of the agnostics, setting that up?
"So which shephard was playing with the sheep dear?"

8. Hardest person to buy for?
Jo - because I buy her nice stuff all year around. Plus she has me which should be enough.

9. Easiest person to buy for?
Neighbours - one tin of chocs, thank you very much!

10. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
Everything pales in comparison to Jo's "Dead kitten on a miniature wicker chair"

11. Mail or email Christmas cards?
Erm, when I remember, mail.

12. Favorite Christmas movie?
Mary Poppins, or any of the Ray Harryhausen movies that appear around Xmas!

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?
When we A) have the money, and B) remember that Xmas is in a week ;)

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?
Only the bottles from the alcoholic ones ;)

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?
Food!

16. Clear lights or colored on the tree?
Clear Lights

17. Favorite Christmas song?
The South Park Christmas song is currently my favorite!

18. Travel for Christmas or stay home?
Depends - we usually stay with Jo's parents, but I tend to like Xmas at home...

19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?
Rudolph... er.. Sleepy, Sneezy, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Groucho, Harpo...

20. Angel on the treetop or a star?
Fairy

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?
Crack of dawn, in an explosion of wrapping paper. Jo, after LUNCH. The travesty...

22. Most annoying thing about this time of year?
The fricking weather :D

23. What I love most about Christmas?
Seeing the look of joy on the kids faces.
And the look of despair when Jo realises she's completed another year with me!
