Musical Monday #34 - Who Are You

I love this track, plain and simple. The Who - Who Are You was recently repopularised thanks to being used for the opening credits to CSI. Well, saying that, over here in England, the track for the opening credits for Season One was something completely different.

Anyway, CSI isn't the reasoning here (though it's the video once again!) it's this song, and I am finding it is actually apt at the moment. See, I am having an identity crisis of sorts. See, I've spent my entire adult lifetime as Dan, partner to Jo (and, later, father to monsters). But now I am just Dan (and still father to monsters, but still), I'm not sure exactly who I am...

I've got profile pages, about me pages and everything else to update with my new "status" as it stands, but I don't know what to put. It's strange, not being able to identify myself.

Enjoy the music, ignore the vid.

I love The Who. Saw them in concert on my 21st birthday, many, many years ago in St. Louis, Missouri.

My current problem is figuring how to encapsulate who I am into some witty sounding description of myself.

So, let me say that even if you aren't sure who you are yet, your writing is keeping me interested in the process of you finding out.

This is a great song choice. Hopefully you can figure out who you are. Plenty of people in the world are trying to do just the same...

I wish you all the best, and here is another video of Who Are You from The Kids Are Alright (a documentary on The Who)... http://youtube.com/watch?v=l_FZVD5lsAw

I don't think you chose it from CSI. You chose it coz the stig was playing it in the car when doing a test lap on the top gear we watched the other night!

It is a top tune tho.
