Boring!

I like to check my stuff over at StatCounter every few days. I like to see how many people look at my webpages, where they come from, how they got to me. I especially like the returns from the Search Engine function - HOW people find my site. Sad to say, I've not had anything that interesting of late. One person found the blog from doing a search on "Town gate theatre history basildon" - which is interesting, as the Towngate has only been up for ten years. History? They tore down the old one and built the new one - which then went bust and is hardly used anymore!

Of course, someone found my Dungeons and Dragons webpage doing a search for "the worlds largest ass". Someone must be very interesting in giant donkeys ;)

I do enjoy finding people looking for people I know on that site though. Jo's older brother is actually a popular search result - "grant baylis basildon lyrass" pops up more and more, so he's either got debt collectors hunting him down, or an ex is looking for him... A few of the guys in my games are often subject to searches. Granted, there are more people out there with the same names, but it still makes me chuckle!

Anyway - I am considering setting up a proper URL for my blog, but am having a few issues as to what I should go for. Do I want a .com or a .co.uk? How about a .me.uk or a .eu? So many choices. There's also .org, .net, .info, .biz, .tv or even ltd.uk and .plc.uk. Sure, I'm not a PLC or a Ltd Company, but meh ;) I'm tempted with the .co.uk or .eu but am still toying. Input? Let you the reader decide the URL you'd rather see? And there is no such thing as .dirtyoldbastard thank you...

I'm a pretty boring .com kinda girl, but I'm liking the .eu and .me too. I've got my proper url but I haven't figured out what program to use and don't know how to transfer all the old crap over. Can I just wait for you to figure out all the details and then follow suit?
