Sticky Post: Polls!
As I want you, The Reader, to be happy, I've decided to get a bit of feed back from your good selves. I've been doing a lot of fiddling and faffing around of late with 0ddness, trying to get it just *so* in regards to looks, functionality and content. Does it look good, does it work well, do you like what you read - that sort of thing.
So, to get a bit of feedback, I've created two polls, Looks and Functionality. If you want more of something, say so, if something doesn't work, or you'd like to see something added, let me know! Generally, I Blog because it's a way to let off steam, and I enjoy to do it - I especially love to get comments and know people are visiting and enjoying their stay!

Ahh Danielson.
I have had a domain name and hosted wordpress at Hostgator for US$10 a month with a stack of features etc (that didn't include the domain name).
I no longer use it and stopped paying the monthly fee for hosting (no contract so they are pretty good).
However I noted yesterday that Blogger will host a domain name so if you registered the domain name oddness.com or 0ddness.com (probably about US$8 plus a few bucks to hide your personal details)
On WordPress .. I found it excellent in features but bloody hard to make changes .. you can certainly do massive customization but need a fair bit of knowlege. Fantastic support ... don't leave us though Mr Dan.

The only thing I'd add is that, curiously, I have to refresh the page to get all the straight lines straight at the top.
I really don't think that anything is broken, except that everytime I go to your blog I get a pop up ad. Not sure why because I don't get them from anyplace else. Generally, I visit your blog every day and I love it. You always make me laugh.

I get an occassional pop up ad
and there never seems to be anything on the darn webcam....it must be broke :)
and the pop is for different things...and I dont get it everytime....I had been keeping track so you didnt attempt to blame it on something else but there didnt seem to be a rhyme or reason so I gave up

I will have a poke around... Not sure WHY you're getting it, as I have no warnings the 0ddness is showing any popup, so it's very strange. Especially as it's not every visit.
I can promise you though, I've not added anything that would cause it - my links always open in a new window, and that is about as close to "Pop Ups" as you get through here. No ads, no banners, and no popups :)
As for the camera, there are people that can vouch it was on for a LONG time today - with sound!
(Just don't tell Nancy - she'll get all Antsy ;)

I remember mentioning months ago about that pesky pop up. I've had it less recently though. Could it be something to do with your cam?

Thanks for dropping by my blog and leaving a comment! I have to admit I haven't read your blog yet but plan to when my child isn't standing at my side begging to see the cartoon pic again.
This may be too personal to ask, but I've got a 2 1/2 year old daughter needing open heart surgery. I'm scared to death. My heart broke when I read about your daughter on your profile. Do you have any wisdom to share? Warnings? Insights? Ignore this if it's inappropriate of me to ask. I'm just so scared about my daughter.
I'm glad I found you and your buddies! Terri is already helping me out. :D
